Background

Value Transfer Networks are payments systems, exchanges, clearing houses and depositories that are key infrastructural links in the transactional chain. The IBFed Value Transfer Networks Working Group provides a forum for banks to share information and develop advocacy positions on issues relating to the common regulatory and policy environment for payments systems across IBFed member countries.
